What if the weather is bad? Will the session be cancelled? Our expert team will make decisions on whether or not the session needs to be cancelled, and this is normally because it is too windy, rather than it is raining. These decisions are based based on your safety, and the session will be cancelled if conditions are not appropriate, and safety could be compromised in any way. You will be given the option to reschedule the session or receive a refund. If the session needs to be cancelled, you will be contacted by SMS and E-mail to confirm this. If the session is deemed safe and appropriate to go ahead, and you choose to cancel, then I'm afraid no refund will be available.
